The Dunshalt Community Association is responsible for the management of the Village Hall and also promotes and acts in the interests of the village at large.
The Association is a registered Scottish Charity and fundraises to maintain the fabric of the Hall, to promote it as the hub of our village and to be able to run events for the village including Christmas parties for children and for our senior citizens.
All village residents are warmly welcome to attend any meeting of the Association. Meetings are held in the Hall on the second Monday of every month at 7.30pm. We are always delighted to see new faces and to hear ideas to improve life in Dunshalt for all villagers and visitors.
There are three elected office bearers: the chairperson, the secretary and the treasurer. Office bearers are elected at the annual AGM.
The office bearers are currently:
Chairperson – Ian Macaulay
Secretary – Jim McGeorge
Treasurer – Steve McHardy
