Giant Hogweed eradication  is being carried out this week down the Eden from Burnside, through Gateside, Strathmiglo and Dunshalt - so if you see anyone in high vis gear round the waterways that is what they are up to. The work is being done by Forth Waterways contractors under the direction of Fife Coast and Countryside Trust ranger Dallas Seawright.
