Dunshelt

Two Fife Council officials met with the Community Association earlier this year to look at how the Park might be developed and described it as ‘a bit tired’, ‘dated’, ‘some parts heading towards dangerous’, ‘in need of a boost’ etc. Nevertheless the recently published Fife Council Play Spaces Strategy lists Dunshalt Playpark only in the ‘maintain’ category, as opposed to the ‘improve’ category, which basically means they plan to do nothing! The Association will of course be writing in the strongest terms to try to have this changed, but in these forms of consultation it is really important that as many members of the public as possible contribute individually. Please, go online and make your thoughts known.
